When I do poetry workshops, to teach alliteration, this is the poem I use:

Seven Sailing Sisters

Seven sisters sailed upon
A stormy, scary sea
Seven sisters struggled with
The waves, so high and deep
The Captain Sarabella
And her First Mate Sister Sue
Lowered lifeboats at long last
Twas all that they could do.
Seven sisters rowed to land
They anchored on the shore.
But soon as sunrise, work began
To sail again once more.

That's the alliteration poem I wrote for workshops -- but YOU clever lot did it all without any help at all. Wonderful!

p.s. -- I loved the poems. (Have you been to the animated alphabet on Inkless Tales, and visited the letter R, where the "red rhino is rolling?")
