LACHLAN'S 3D FINDS!

Lachlan went looking for RECTANGULAR PRISMS at home and this is what he found:
the COFFEE TABLE is shaped like a RECTANGULAR PRISM


and so is his Dad's WORK BAG.

A DVD CASE is a RECTANGULAR PRISM
and so is the TV UNIT.

ALISTAIR'S 3D FIND!



Alistair EMAILED in this picture of a cushion.
It is shaped like a RECTANGULAR PRISM.
This cushion is also shaped like another 3D shape we explored today.
Can you name that shape? Leave your answer in a comment!
(CLUE: it's the same shape as Lachlan's pencil container)

FLYNN'S SUPER NEWS!


Flynn had some 'SUPER' news this week-
his very own 'SUPERMAN'!


Flynn made it out of coloured cardboard, stuffed it with newspaper, then to finish it off, glued on some symbols he had drawn.


What a 'SUPER' effort!
We think Flynn is very CLEVER and CREATIVE!
