JACOB'S RAD 'R' POEM

Jacob made a number of attempts yesterday to write a poem using 'alliteration'.
He started many times, but found it hard.
Did he say...

NO!!!

Today he started again, with a new idea.
He asked for advice,
He PERSEVERED...
and he 'got it'!

Rockets,
rolling round round-a-bouts,
rumbling,
racing rapidly.

Jacob proved that with PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE you CAN do it!
And all the ones he started.... he's now going back to finish!

Jacob's Mum, we love your 'r' words even though we don't understand some of them. What does 'rheneas' mean?

Hi 1M Gems,

Rheneas is the name of a train from Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends and so is Rusty. Talk to you soon.

Your poems are really rad too, Patrick. Imagine what you could create if you and Jacob worked together on a poem? Now that would surely be great!
