This term we wanted to learn about SUPERHEROES because we liked what Mrs M did with the kids at KIDS CONNECT.
We thought of all the SUPERHEROES we knew and had a discussion about what they all had in common.
We think a SUPERHERO -
- fights evil / does good things
- comes to the rescue when people's lives are in danger
- stops bad things happening
- stops people doing the wrong thing
- cares for others
- is brave
- is strong
- has super powers
WE know SUPERHEROES are not real. We asked ourselves WHY were they created?
CAN WE BE LIKE SUPERHEROES?
The message is always EVIL NEVER WINS. We think the authors want us to see how important it is to be good and care for others and our world.

I think superheros were created to stop you from being naughty. I would like to be a superhero. I would like to be able to see through walls and walk through walls and stop baddies from doing wrong things with their mind powers.
